The giggles and fun relationship these two have I never want to forget. I could not get over the smiles Matt had while watching Jonathen find his eggs. And Jonathen was full of giggles while looking “everywhere”. I made them stop and snuggle for this shot so I could soak it in. Jackson was busy […]

We spent most of the day at the airport. It was a sad day as we had to say goodbye to the Jackson’s. The tears on Isa’s cheeks are something I wish I could wipe away forever. But it was also a very happy day as we got to meet up with our friend Mike, […]

We always make time for girls day. It can be as simple as going for ice cream. But that time, between just the two of us, is time I always cherish. This visit we spent time talking while I curled her hair. There were several moments when I had to remind myself that my baby […]

Jackson’s favorite food in the world is raspberries. He gets excited when he sees that little carton of red goodness. This week they must be extra tart as he has started to pucker up after hir first bite. It makes me giggle!

Jonathen got to miss a day of school to visit the BIG APPLE. At the top of his to do list was Central Park. It was beautiful and I was surprised that there was actually a park in central park. Call me silly but I always imagined more of a scenic park with running trails […]

We left on a whim. Within fifteen minutes of mentioning a trip to the shore we were in the car. Pretty impressive with all of us. It was so welcoming. We found sand dollars and felt the COLD beachy breeze. That was a new one for me but I have to say nothing speaks to […]

my story

There is something about the way they look at you or that little giggle that gets you every time. That moment that tugs a little harder on your heartstrings. The moment that you tell yourself you are never going to forget. As a mother, I find refuge in the natural images of my children, images that bring me right back to that smile, giggle or moment.

Those images grow stronger as the years pass. At the moment the photo is taken I see it as it was. Years later and I am transported back to the moment and I feel like I can be right there again. I can even hear that little giggle that goes along with that look. To me that is the strongest investment I can make; being able to freeze time and return to it anytime I want.

I personally created Serena Nicole Studios with a mother's wish in mind. I wanted a custom photography experience to capture all of those natural looks, smiles and giggle that will transport YOU in time. Looks that are carefully crafted by a fluid and natural portrait experience that is child centered. My photographic style is very tender to encourage every one to feel comfortable so they can show me their style all their own.

I see your family as I would want to capture mine. Those looks between a mother and child, a finger wrapped tightly around yours. Candid expressions that showcase what makes your family unique and all your own. So that years later you can remember more than what you looked like but what you felt like too.

Let’s Get to know each other
