Oh my goodness I type the word friends and instantly, a quote from my third grade classroom bulletin board pops into my head. Friends are like flowers in the garden of life. It is amazing what sticks with you all these years later. When I came here to write this post that was not what I was thinking I would talk about! But the more I type, the more I realize how true that quote is. Especially living this military lifestyle. These friends are such a blessing to our family and have really made our time here in Germany all so sweet. When they asked to do a session I was thrilled. Because I have the advantage of knowing them personally, I knew they were just the type of family to rock a session my style. To get out there and play with their kids and have a good time with it.
The day came for their session and the weather was BEAUTIFUL. The kids played along with my silly antics and I had such a great time. This is why I love doing family sessions. The interaction, the cuddles, the giggles…they all make my heart pitter patter.
Thanks you four for such a wonderful session. I loved every minute of it!
